BROKEN COWBOY |
||||
After a terrible riding accident takes Seamus Walker’s rodeo career from him as well as half of his leg, he returns to his hometown to find that he no longer has the love of his girlfriend of three years who leaves him for another man. He becomes somewhat of a recluse only venturing out into town when he wants to get drunk or for his family's needs. When his brother finds happiness and remarries, then finds out he is having twins, Seamus can't help but wonder if he will ever find a woman who can see past his missing limb and love him. But he never imagined that his loins would burn for the new city slicker, single mother of two who bought the ranch right next door to his. Chandra Reynolds has had enough of men disrespecting her and her boys. Her husband ran off with his secretary a short while after they took in her sister's son when she was unable to care for him properly. She received a large settlement in the divorce and decided that she never really liked the city life much and has returned to her roots of being the cowgirl of her youth. Only to have a new problem arrive at her doorstep. Just as she thinks she may be falling head over heels in love with her neighbor with the big chip on his shoulder about a missing limb, her ex-husband shows up demanding that she give him another chance. HA! Not going to happen, but if she can't convince him that she has moved forward with her life he won't ever go away. But playing house with Mr. Seamus Walker may be more than either of them can handle. |
